Lack of education, awareness, and distance from primary health care centers are the major reasons that the urban dwellers suffer from adverse health conditions other than this Scarcity of good doctors and the cost of treatment has been a matter of constant worry for the poor. Healthcare for the underprivileged, which is a desperate need, thus remains unaddressed. To address this big basic social issue OFINS has initiated health program, Homeopathy Health Centre in different inaccessible areas.

Chirayu is a Homeopathy Health Centre, the concept of this health centre is, here we will provide free of cost treatment with free medicine to the underprivileged people and not only that we want to Established Homeopathy treatment as an alternate way to protect our health which is safe and effective. we aim to provide Homeopathy health service & medicines to the low-income population in rural & urban area with absolutely free of cost and at their doorstep. We promote healthcare awareness among the underprivileged. We organize various health service camps in inaccessible areas to address the needs of the poor.

Health Camp
Medical camp or heath camp is our regular process to check up basic health condition of underprivileged students in school and villagers come from a section who cannot enjoy the privilege of expensive medical services. We organized free medical camp at different places. Medical professionals came and provided free consultation to the children and aged people during the camps. They also spoke about the transmission and protection of different diseases and about health and hygiene to bring health awareness among the children and their parents. Examination of height and weight, blood pressure, and other tests were conducted, and medicines for diseases like diarrhea, itching, cold and cough, and many other seasonal diseases were also distributed to them free of cost.

Mobile dispensaries are that which provides health coverage to the people living in the remote and deep interior areas. These mobile dispensaries are functional on a regularly and door-to-door basis. This mobile dispensary equipped with doctor, support team and medicine and concentrating on the economically weaker locality. We have started our mobile dispensary during 1st phase of lockdown due to Covid-19, when all private doctor’s clinic were closed and also zero transportation people are not getting their normal health services. From this mobile dispensary people can take advice from doctor as well as they can get free of cost medicine at their door step.

Global incidence of dengue has drastically upped in the last few years. Nutrition & Hygiene
"Prevention is better than cure.“ Hygiene and Nutrition awareness play very important role to aware people that by practicing basic healthy habits, they can avoid to falling sick. OFINS took the initiative of introducing Hygiene and Nutrition awareness program to educate rural India and make them aware of how to take proper care of their health and nutrition. Hygiene programme is focused towards addressing issues of personal health care, vaccination, hygiene, illness prevention etc. We have conducted various activities based on school children in number of schools. The children were sensitized about the importance of washing their hands before and after eating, how to clean teeth, importance of sports and daily exercise. We initiate door-to-door campaign to spread health awareness in rural area. On the other side Most of the village children suffer with malnutrition which prevents children from reaching their full physical and mental potential. Due to any reason (like geographical location, availability, financial inability, food security) malnutrition flourished mainly with children. Our initiative target to aware people how to overcome from this.
