In remote villages, students often lack awareness of career options and guidance in developing career plans, unlike their urban counterparts. Our goal is to bridge this gap by equipping these students with knowledge about various career pathways, empowering them to make informed decisions about their future.
OFINS conducts educational workshops and career counseling sessions primarily for students aged 16 to 21+. These initiatives are led by renowned educationists, placement professionals from technical colleges, and experts from diverse fields such as Engineering, Law, Arts, and both Government and Non-Government sectors.
Through their valuable insights and guidance, these professionals provide students with critical information on navigating their career paths and choosing suitable options based on their interests and skills. By offering such targeted support, we aim to help students in remote areas develop clear career goals and make well-informed choices, paving the way for a brighter, more secure future.

LIt would have been almost impossible for me to continue my studies after my Madhyamik exam.as my father could not afford buying all those books of higher secondary course. It was OFINS who not only provided me with most of the required books but also promised me to provide me with all kind of support that I would require for my education. Thank you team OFINS.
